Hermanus Tennis Academy(HTA) Terms and Conditions
Lessons and Payments:
- Lessons take place on a weekly basis.
- Players will be billed per lesson at the end of the month. All Payments are to be made monthly on receipt of the invoice into the bank account provided. (By the 7th of each month)
- Lessons cancelled due to rain/weather conditions, will not be billed for.
- A 24 hour cancellation period is required should you wish to cancel a lesson. This is only applicable to Private and Semi-Private lessons. The full lesson will be charged if notice is not given.
- Any lesson(s) cancelled, as per point 3 and 4, will be made up, failing which, these lesson(s) will not be charged for.
- Should you wish to stop coaching, a ONE MONTH’S written notice is required.(sms or e-mail)
- NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED by Hermanus Tennis Academy Coaches.(Except to Pieter Joubert/Anneke Joubert)
- Please refrain from making cash deposits into our bank account, as banking costs are high.
- HTA & its coaches will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the coaching sessions.
Lesson Types:
- Group lessons
- 30min = R45
- 45min = R55
- 60min = R65
- 90min = R70
- Private lessons
- 45min = R150
- 60min = R200
- Semi-Private lessons
- 45min = R100
- 60min = R120
Terms
- All new players are to pay an administration fee upon enrolling for a term. This means if you stop all your lessons and want to start again you need to pay R100 administration fee per player.
- Any amount outstanding over 30 days will accrue interest charged at 10% per month.
